5. Healthcare Data Considerations
Important: RoomTimers is a timer management tool and does NOT collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) or Personal Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA.
- We do not collect patient names, medical record numbers, or any patient identifiers
- Room names and provider names are general identifiers only
- RoomTimers is NOT a HIPAA-covered entity
